We detected a decrease in the level of AURKA following treatment with CA at different concentrations, which corresponded to the inhibition of p-GSK3β, AXIN2, and β-catenin with a significant upregulation in the phosphorylation level of β-catenin protein levels in GC cells and tumor of MKN1 xenograft models.
