To explore the expression of LAPTM4B in different grades of ccRCC, based on western blotting, the protein levels of LAPTM4B in ccRCC tissues and matched normal kidney tissues from 10 patients (Fuhrman III/IV: 3 patients, Fuhrman I/II: 7 patients) were analyzed. This evidence concerns the gene LAPTM4B and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
