To further investigate a possible role for Duox1 in the immune responses against Mtb, we harvested the lungs of Mtb-infected WT and Duox1 KO mice at 1 and 30 day(s) post-infection, and proceeded with immunofluorescence staining using a B cell-specific antibody (anti-mouse CD45R). This evidence concerns the gene DUOX1 and infection.
