In this step, 10 hub genes (PSMD11, RB1, SAE1, TAF15, TFDP1, CORO1C, JOSD1, CDC42, KPNA2 and NUP62) were identified, in which only the expression level of CDC42 was statistically significant in the correlation with overall survival in CESC patients (Figure 5). This evidence concerns the gene NUP62 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
