In a previous study (5), next-generation sequencing (NGS) was used for mapping CCA, 182 cancer-associated genes and 37 introns were identified from 14 cancer-rearranged genes, which demonstrated that biliary tract tumors share the same chromatin remodeling (ARID1A) and genomic aberrations (CDKN2B). The gene discussed is ARID1A; the disease is cancer.
