Among them, transcription factors BRCA1, ESR1, VDR, STAT1, RARA, USF1, RELA were significantly more highly expressed in breast cancer than in normal tissues, and CREBBP, TP63, AHR, NFKB1, KLF4, NFIC, ARNT, JUN, PPARA were significantly less expressed in breast cancer than in normal tissues (Supplementary Figure S1).
