Although, no severe immunodeficiency was observed in the clinical trial of anti-CD70 therapy (NCT02830724, NCT03125577, NCT04662294), and CD70 is expressed only in parts of lymphocytes, especially activated T-cells (Supplementary Fig. 2), possible immunodeficiency induced by elimination of CD70 + lymphocytes cannot be totally excluded and long-term clinical observations are needed. The gene discussed is CD70; the disease is immune system disorder.
