Twenty-four genes were significantly highly expressed in tumor tissues (p < 0.05), including IFNG, CD8B, CXCR3, IFNB1, CD8A, P2RX7, PRF1, FOXP3, IL10, NLRP3, CASP1, CD4, LY96, ENTPD1, BAX, CASP8, IL17RA, NT5E, IL1B, IFNGR1, MYD88, TLR4, PDIA3, and CALR. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and neoplasm.
