Twenty-four genes were significantly highly expressed in tumor tissues (p < 0.05), including IFNG, CD8B, CXCR3, IFNB1, CD8A, P2RX7, PRF1, FOXP3, IL10, NLRP3, CASP1, CD4, LY96, ENTPD1, BAX, CASP8, IL17RA, NT5E, IL1B, IFNGR1, MYD88, TLR4, PDIA3, and CALR. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and neoplasm.
