Interestingly, we predicted that snail is a candidate interacting protein of MYH10 using the Biogrid website, snail is a classic biomarker for EMT, and it plays an important role in cancer cell carcinogenesis, progression, metastasis, and chemoresistance.[19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26] Subsequently, our results showed that MYH10 promoted snail expression at the protein level but not the mRNA level, which indicated that snail can be regulated by MYH10 at post‐translational modification. The gene discussed is SNAI1; the disease is cancer.
