In previous studies, we also observed that MYH9 as a significant gene promotes nasopharyngeal carcinoma,[12, 13, 14, 15] hepatocellular carcinoma,[16, 17] and lung adenocarcinoma.[18] In addition, we also have identified that the upregulated MYH9 is an independent unfavorable prognostic biomarker for OC patients and promotes SOC cell initiation, migration, and invasion via regulating the Wnt/β‐catenin pathway and its downstream molecules.[4, 5] However, the potential mechanisms of MYH9 in SOC pathogenesis, progression, and cisplatin resistance have not been revealed. The gene discussed is MYH9; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
