We observed an inverse correlation between Indigenous American ancestry and age at diagnosis (r = −0.15, p < 0.001), weight (r = −0.11, p < 0.001), height (r = −0.25, p < 0.001), age at first full-term pregnancy (r = −0.08, p = 0.002), family history of breast cancer in a first-degree relative (r = −0.12, p < 0.001), smoking history (r = −0.11, p < 0.001), HR+ status (r = −0.06, p = 0.012) and a positive correlation with age at menarche (r = 0.06, p = 0.017) and HER2+ status (r = 0.053, p = 0.029). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
