FZD5 and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: A genome‐wide CRISPR–Cas9 screen of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells with RNF43 mutations identified the Wnt receptor frizzed‐5 (FZD5) as the only FZD receptor encoded in the human genome, suggesting that antibodies to FZD5 could be used to inhibit PDAC cell proliferation.131
