CSF2 and neoplasm: It has been reported that in a Syrian hamster PC subcutaneous tumor model, αPD-1 (anti-mouse) combined with oncolytic adenovirus (AdV) co-expressing IL-12, GM-CSF, and RLX (Relaxin), which can inhibit the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM) and degrade the overexpressed ECM in tumor tissue, to allow full dispersion of the therapeutics,exhibited stronger tumor inhibition compared with the αPD-1 group (69).
