Because Navtemadlin has been reported to be “best-in-class” p53-MDM2 PPI inhibitor, we used mass spectrometry-based proteomics to study changes in global protein expression in B16-F10 p53+/+ and p53−/− melanoma cells treated in vitro with vehicle or Navtemadlin (1.5 μmol/L) for 6, 48, and 72 hours.
