WNT10A and acne: In addition, we report seven previously known acne loci with borderline genome-wide significant associations (P < 10−6; Table S2), with the strongest signals observed for 2q35 (rs146599639, P = 6.99 × 10−8 and rs72966077, P = 9.53 × 10−8), identifying the Wnt family member 10A (WNT10A), and 4q31.22 (rs72955609, P = 5.06 × 10−8), highlighting the endothelin receptor type A (EDNRA) (Table S2).
