XRCC5 and neoplasm: In both cases, CoREs changed from A to B subcompartments in tumours, and this repositioning was concomitant with increased H3K27me3 levels (Fig. 5j and Extended Data Fig. 11e) and loss of chromatin interactions with XRCC5 and KIF11 promoters (Fig. 5k and Extended Data Fig. 11f).
