The survival curves of CRP, CAR, and LCR in women with breast cancer showed that patients with high CRP, high CAR, or high LCR had a worse prognosis than patients with low CRP(P = 0.0025), low CAR (P < 0.001), or low LCR (P < 0.001), respectively (Fig. 4A–C). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is breast carcinoma.
