Then subgroup analyses were performed of patients with different clinicopathological status STAD and showed that high COMMD10 expression was significantly associated with poor prognosis in STAD in: patients over 65 years of female patients (HR = 1.85, p = 0.039), T3 (HR = 1.65, p = 0.037), tissue grade G3 (HR = 1.81, p = 0.005), tumor anatomical site: cardia/proximal (HR = 2.46, p = 0.037) and age (HR = 1.73, p = 0.01).
