In combination with data from previous studies and bioinformatic analyses, our study found that GAPDH, MMP8, HGF, MAPK14, LCN2, CD163, ENO1, CD44, ARG1, GADD45A, HERC5, IFIT2, IFIT3, RSAD2 and IFIT1 were related to the potential common mechanisms between severe injury trauma and ARDS. Here, MAPK14 is linked to acute respiratory distress syndrome.
