In combination with data from previous studies and bioinformatic analyses, our study found that GAPDH, MMP8, HGF, MAPK14, LCN2, CD163, ENO1, CD44, ARG1, GADD45A, HERC5, IFIT2, IFIT3, RSAD2 and IFIT1 were related to the potential common mechanisms between severe injury trauma and ARDS. The gene discussed is ENO1; the disease is acute respiratory distress syndrome.
