Lymph node metastasis (P = 0.001), oestrogen receptor (ER)-positive status (P < 0.001), progesterone receptor (PR)-positive status (P < 0.001), higher levels of CA153 (P < 0.001), CEA (P = 0.004) and endocrinotherapy (P = 0.041) were associated with viscera metastasis risk (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene ESR1 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
