CM from ANGPTL2 cDNA-transfected lung cancer cells markedly facilitated tube formation and migration in LECs (Figure 3E, 3F), while transfecting CL1-5 and A549 cells with ANGPTL2 shRNA reduced ANGPTL2 expression, LEC tube formation and migration (Figure 3D, 3G–3J), indicating that ANGPTL2 promotes lymphangiogenesis in lung cancer cells. Here, ANGPTL2 is linked to lung carcinoma.
