We characterized the T cell responses driven by the EGFRvIII-DBTE in an activation assay against U87vIII cells and observed that EGFRvIII-DBTE induced CD69 activation in T cells (Figure 3A) and anti-tumor cytokine release in both CD8+ and CD4+ T cell populations (Figures 3E and 3F).
