EGFR and neoplasm: The EGFRvIII-DBTE exhibited specific binding activities and cytotoxicity against EGFRvIII-expressing GBM cells (Figures 1C–1E and 2A), while not binding to wild-type EGFR (Figure S2) or inducing anti-tumor cytotoxicity in the absence of either targets, EGFRvIII or CD3 (Figures 2B and 2C).
