Plasma Asprosin concentrations were significantly associated with the development of T2DM-CHD even after controlling for gender, age, duration of diabete, history of hypertension, BMI, FPG, HbA1C, TyG index, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, AST, Scr, BUN (OR 1.087, 95% CI: 1.018–1.161, p = 0.013), indicating that there was a 1.087-fold increase in the odds of having T2DM-CHD for each 1 ng/ml increase in Asprosin levels (Table 3).
