Lapatinib, erlotinib derivative TD52, and afatinib interfered transcription factor Elk1 combined with the CIP2A/p90 promoter further downregulate the expression of CIP2A/p90 separately in breast cancer cells, liver cancer cells, and NSCLC cells (Yu et al., 2014; Chao et al., 2015; Liu C Y et al., 2016; Liu et al., 2017a). Here, CIP2A is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
