Mice lacking the receptor for GCSF, but harboring GCSF-secreting MT tumors, had significantly lower WBCs, granulocytes, and spleen weights than did wild-type (WT) GCSFR expressing tumor-bearing mice (Supplementary Fig. S2C) confirming that these perturbations were GCSF/GCSFR dependent.
