Numerous studies have indicated that high EGFR-AS1 expression is closely correlated with multiple clinical characteristics, including tumor size, clinical stage, vascular invasion, portal vein thrombosis, cumulative recurrence (CR), lymph node metastasis, overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), and recurrence-free survival (RFS) (Table 1). Here, EGFR is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
