In HCC, traditional tumor marker alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) or well-established predicting models including neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio (PLR), as well as newly constructed scores such as C-reactive protein and AFP in Immunotherapy (CRAFITY) have been reported to be correlated with prognosis of patients treated with immunotherapy (18–20). The gene discussed is AFP; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
