The expanded QUINT workflow was applied to serial section images from the diverse AD-BXD mice (Figure 1b) to quantify all nuclei (thionine), neurons (NeuN), microglia (Iba1), reactive astrocytes (GFAP) and amyloid beta pathology (AB1-42) in customized regions compiled from CCFv3 regions. This evidence concerns the gene RBFOX3 and Alzheimer disease.
