SDHB and pancreatic neoplasm: Our studies proved that chrysin and its targeted nanoparticles have a strong binding affinity to SDH especially the C and D subunits (ubiquinone site),inhibition of other mitochondria complexes leads to oxidation of succinate by SDH A and B subunits and the accumulation of electrons at the ubiquinone site react with O2 to produce superoxide free radicals in lung and pancreatic cancer cells [47, 51, 59–61, 66, 6, 14, 44, 49].
