Dysregulated activation of genes for the Wnt/ β-catenin pathway (NEK-2 [54], NUSAP1 [55], MAGE-A3 [56]), PI3K/AKT signaling pathway (FAM83A [57], FAM83H [58], AKIP1 [59], KLF1 [60], FBLN-3 [61], TRIP4 [62], FERMT2 [63], SHP2 [64], RRM2B [65], LHPP [66]) and NF-κB signaling pathway (HN1 [26], FABP5 [67], IFI16 [68]) as presented in Table 1, is observed in CC and may contribute to cancer cell migration and lymph node metastasis.
