When comparing ADHD to the two categories of controls separately, we found that the baseline levels of MCP-1 (pFDR = 0.026), fractalkine (pFDR = 0.050), TGF-β3 (pFDR = 0.049), and TRAIL (pFDR = 0.039) were lower in ADHD as compared to family members only, and eotaxin-1 (pFDR = 0.042) were higher as compared to unrelated controls only (Figure S4B).
