In Model A, for all patients aged under 65 years, combination treatment (HR = 0.08, 95% CI: 0.02–0.35; p = 0.001), preoperative AFP > 400 ng/mL (HR = 5.21, 95% CI: 1.13–23.99; p = 0.034), and a tumor size ≥ 3 cm (HR = 6.81, 95% CI: 1.35–34.25; p = 0.020) were prognostic predictors of PFS.
