Furthermore, by analyzing the data in the TCGA database, we found that the expression levels of TRIM56 were significantly low in lung squamous cell carcinoma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, and uterine carcinosarcoma, and significantly high in pancreatic adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma, lower-grade glioma, and thymoma [108] (Figure 4). The gene discussed is TRIM56; the disease is glioblastoma.
