This model, indeed, confirmed that five out of the eight biomarkers previously selected (circSLC8A1, circCHD9, PSMB9, RUNX1, and LILRB1) generated a predictive model specifically for early-stage cancer detection reaching an AUC of 0.96, sensitivity of 85%, and specificity of 86% (Supplementary Figure S8A).
