Prostate cancer-associated long-noncoding RNA 1 (PRNCR1) and PCa gene expression marker 1 (PCGEM1) are highly expressed in CRPC and known to be involved in the AR signaling pathway; however, knockdown of either PRNCR1 or PCGEM1 inhibited the growth of CRPC cells in vivo [154,155,156].
