Of the top 10 most significant differentially expressed genes, high levels of expression of five genes correlate with improved overall survival in breast cancer patients—GRIA3 (logrank p = 3.1 × 10−7) (Figure 2A), CLEC10 (logrank p = 0.0035) (Figure 2B), FNDC1 (logrank p = 9.7 × 10−5) (Figure 2C), ISLR2 (logrank p = 4.8 × 10−5) (Figure 2D), and ITGA11 (logrank p = 2.4 × 10−6) [23] (Figure 2E). This evidence concerns the gene ISLR2 and breast cancer.
