NR4A1 and neoplasm: Menopausal status (OR 0.27, 95% CI 0.10–0.71; p  =  0.01), hormone receptor (HR) status (HR negative, OR 1.64, 95% CI 0.27–9.89; HR positive, OR 0.64, 95% CI 0.21–1.88; p  =  0.09), and NAC (OR 10.33, 95% CI 3.58–29.8; p  <  0.001) were all independently associated with greater overestimation of tumor size by MRI, while histological size (OR 1.05, 95% CI 1.02–1.08; p  <  0.0001) and the presence of an additional in situ component (OR 4.66, 95% CI 1.01–21.5; p  =  0.02) were associated with greater underestimation of tumor size by MRI [57]
