In CLL, the combination CXCL12 + 2-AG increased migration compared with CXCL12 alone (median of 4.0-fold increase; p = 0.015, Figure 3B), while in MCL 3/5 samples had a reduced chemotaxis when CXCL12 was combined with 2-AG in bottom chamber (up to 50% reduction, Figure 3A). Here, CXCL12 is linked to mantle cell lymphoma.
