In addition, we analyzed the single-cell sequencing results of TNBC (GSE75688 and GSE118389), ovarian cancer (GSE118828) and pancreatic cancer (GSE111672) downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gds/ (accessed on 28 September 2022)) database and found that approximately 70–97% of malignant cells had negative MSLN expression (Figure 4). The gene discussed is MSLN; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
