Function analysis of the conserved marker genes indicated that OC with a high level of tumor HSPA9 was mainly related to OXPHOS pathways (e.g., CYCS, COX5B, COX8A, SDHD, and ATP5F1B) and EMT-stemness-like related pathways (e.g., STK3, STK4, PAX2, PAX8, CD24, SNAI1, SNAI2, MYC, TWIST2, and BMP7). This evidence concerns the gene TWIST2 and neoplasm.
