Although EDA-FN and EDB-FN expression in prostate cancer samples were similar to expression in normal tissues, clinically significant prostate cancers (Gleason score ≥ 7) show a trend of increased EDA-FN and EDB-FN expression with increasing Gleason score, indicating that they are potential markers for the risk stratification of prostate cancer.
