We found that the ethyl acetate fraction of L. indica significantly induced higher expression of CD155 (p < 0.01), DR4 (TRAIL-1, p < 0.05) and DR5 (TRAIL-2, p < 0.05) in cancer cells treated with ethyl acetate fraction compared to untreated cells (Fig. 3A, Supplementary Fig. 2A). The gene discussed is TNFRSF10B; the disease is cancer.
