RAD52 and lung carcinoma: The rSNP, rs3748523 of RAD52 also revealed a significant association with lung cancer in additive (G vs. C: OR = 1.83, 95% CI = 1.15–2.92, p = 0.016*), dominant (CG + GG vs. CC: OR = 1.73, 95% CI = 1.03–2.92, p = 0.04*) and recessive (GG vs. CC + CG: OR = 5.39, 95% CI = 1.35–21.54, p = 0.02*) effect models (Table 3).
