Based on the above results, we concluded that STAT1 may be one of the key molecules mediating the regulation of prostate cancer by CDKL3, and its role in prostate cancer was also confirmed by its upregulation in prostate cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues (Fig. 4G and Table S5) and its association with tumor size (Tables S6, S7). This evidence concerns the gene STAT1 and prostate cancer.
