CDKL3 and Familial prostate cancer: In order to determine whether STAT1 is involved in the regulation of prostate cancer by CDKL3, we constructed and screened shRNA targeting STAT1 silencing using a similar method as described previously (Figure S9) and used it, together with the corresponding control lentivirus (shCtrl) to infect DU 145 and PC-3 cells with or without CDKL3 overexpression, from which the four groups of cell models shown in Fig. S10, S11 were constructed and the expression levels of CDKL3 and STAT1 were verified.
