A remarkably lower number of CD103+DCs was observed in the skin and SDLN of DMBA/TPA‐treated IL‐37tg mice than that of WT mice, whereas no difference in CD11b+DCs was observed (Figure 2C, and Figure S2C), which was similar to the results obtained in the inflammation stage of skin cancer model after DMBA/TPA treatment for 6 weeks (Figure S2F–H). This evidence concerns the gene ITGAE and skin neoplasm.
