The results are illustrated on a heatmap generated by Euclidean distance-based clustering (Supplementary Figure S4A), and revealed higher levels of Man, Fuc and Gal residues (seen by GNA, UEA-I and RPL-Gal2 interaction respectively) in tumor cell lines derived from lymph node metastasis when compared to cutaneous metastasis (Supplementary Figure S4B).
