So, the study of Zhang et al. [84] finds out that thrombocytes activation is increased in COVID-19 patient that is proved by high expression of αIIbβ3 and P selectin activation, and also, they find out that the MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase) pathway along with ACE-2 is essential for the promotion of thrombocytes formation which is associated with COVID-19 infection [84]. Here, ACE2 is linked to COVID-19.
