SMARCA1 and neoplasm: The above studies suggest that SWI/SNF is an oncogenic complex in tumours, which may affect the transcriptional process of genes through its chromatin remodelling effect, and then some of its subunits can interact with cancer‐related proteins to regulate the expression changes of reciprocal proteins or their downstream genes, in addition, it can also exert oncogenic effects by regulating certain critical pathways in tumours, thus controlling the tumour development and the process of tumour development.
