The pathologic phenotypes of 15‐month‐old Nr4a1−/− mice showed more obvious alopecia, intervertebral disk degeneration, and greater abdominal circumferences than WT mice of the same age, which may be due to the role of Nur77 in lipid‐lowering (Figure 1b, Figure S2b). This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and alopecia.
