As shown in Fig. 9, we observed that our identified six key candidate genes for HCC patinets such as TOP2A, CDC20, ASPM, PRC1, NUSAP1, and UBE2C were strongly associated with the survival status of HCC patients (\documentclass[12pt]{minimal}\usepackage{amsmath}\usepackage{wasysym}\usepackage{amsfonts}\usepackage{amssymb}\usepackage{amsbsy}\usepackage{mathrsfs}\usepackage{upgreek}\setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt}\begin{document}$$\hbox {p}<0.05$$\end{document}p<0.05). The gene discussed is ASPM; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
