Our data further demonstrated that IL-15 was capable of upregulating the proportion of CXCR6- and GZMK-coexpressing populations in human CD8+ T cells in vitro, suggesting that IL-15 plays an important role in increasing and sustaining peripheral CXCR6+GZMK+CD8+ T cells in pSS patients (Figure 6, D and E). This evidence concerns the gene GZMK and peeling skin syndrome.
